Say hello! Join up and introduce yourself – other members would love to meet you.
Be respectful and courteous of others. Respect everyone’s opinions - debates should be healthy and never offensive.
Be relevant to the topic on the board, blog or thread and stay on topic. If you have something to discuss that's not related to the thread you're on, create a new one.
Please post in English; Voom Pioneers is a platform for the UK and Ireland.
Provide as much information as you can in your post – be as helpful as you can! Remember to only post your own opinions and content.
Protect the privacy of yourself and others.
Give kudos to other members if you think their post is awesome.
Report any abuse to the community team.
Use your best judgement before following advice from other community members. There is a lot of good advice but it might not be right for your situation.
Openly discuss the moderation process. If you have any questions regarding moderation, then please contact the Pioneers Community Team.
Respond to posts that are breaking the rules. Just click the ‘Report inappropriate content’ link on the post and our team of moderators will get on the case.
Interfere with or disrupt the workings of the forum or blog, or try to manipulate the kudos system
Post the same message in more than one place.

Virgin Media reserves the right to delete any content on the forum that has broken our forum guidelines or is otherwise illegal, harmful, or inaccurate. We also reserve the right to limit access to the forum by temporarily or permanently banning a member from it.
You need to be at least 16 years old to use the Voom Pioneers Community and, if you're between 16 and 18, you'll need your parent or guardian's permission.
