so as it is International Women's Day tomorrow I am taking the conversation VMP has been asking on Twitter and posting it here:
What Female Entrepreneurs Do You Admire?
I definitely admire a few of the ladies in here especially @CeliaCristovao who held her event last week in Shoreditch for women from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This platform has been great at bringing so many entrepreneurs together!
Thinking about it I really admire the women in this community as well as Emma Watson, Oprah (obviously), Jo Malone, Holly Tucker, Laura Tenison - hurray to women today!! 🙂 Who are yours???

I'd say Sara Blakey (Founder of Spanx) - Goodness knows what I'd do if it wasn't for her!
As well as Arianna Huffington.
I admire all entrepreneurs. It's a hard slog sometimes and I'm glad more women are taking the plunge and going for it!

Good question and I've not really thought about this before and only 3 names come to mind due to the
fact they have done very well for themselves as well as for others.

This has been an interesting discovery for me on who inspires me and at first I was selecting role models that I felt I should read, listen and learn from based on their success. But I had this inner voice everytime I wanted to read a book that caught my eye I'd bypass it to go to the business section. Well one day my partner bought me a book from a charity shop - Business as Unusual, the title in itself touched my rebellious side and then the author - Anita Roddick who had missions, guts, bravery, a voice and some hard determination to go out into the world and do good. Now I'm stopping at the books that catch my eye - Maya Angelou is my latest read. That inner female power and strength gets me everytime!
