Well this is a tricky one - for us tea pioneers innovating with the portable and drop free infuser Sticks we have the majority of our material and fruit ingredient suppliers from major EU countries. Having discussed the debate with Richard Reed founder of Innocent drinks Remain campaign and Jon Moulton VC/investor Leave campaign.
After explaining our scenario in my position of the way were growing our company and product base with Jon his reply was "vote remain".
As we grow T sticks of London
It's seems it's not in our interest to leave the EU single market. We have started to grow consumer and business base in EU countries including CEE region. It's currently very easy and efficient without redtape or customs forms to send our T-Sticks of London products out to clients. I have even experienced Norway non-EU country. Parcels and orders have taken twice as long to arrive in addition one would need the correct paperwork to go with the parcel even if it's a small order the customs forms for example. This is not a great experience and hinders business. I can only imagine in a couple of years if we do exit we will be in that position.
I would be keen to understand What are your views?

I vote, IN!
I think it is very irresponsible for me to vote OUT especially when there are so many people saying they are uncertain of what the outcome maybe. In my opinion we have to make responsible and sensible decisions for the future and with all of the business advice out there, it always says as a team you can make a lot more happen rather than going it alone. I feel this rule applies here with Brexit!

For me, my business is all pretty local and we sell a service not a product so I don't need to worry about trading overseas however I have voted IN because I believe that we are stronger in the EU and that it is a source of peace for all of the countries involved. I also believe that we are really lucky that we can travel and work so easily in so many incredible cultures being part of the EU and it would be a huge loss to box ourselves in.
