My business Planning House offers town planning advice predominantly in North East England, my website gives the impression that its more than a one man band (or one woman in my case).
As a sole trader I'm finding it difficult to be everything, accountancy team (even though I have an accountant), marketing team (I was a Twitter virgin until December @_planninghouse), Admin Team, IT guru, whilst still rearching everything I need to know about starting (and sustaining) a business and balancing all these roles with actually doing the work to pay the bills.
I've been operating since July 2016 and love being in control of my destiny however whilst I've started small I'd love to grow the business however at the moment its diffcult seeing the wood for the trees.
I'm not sure if selling a service is different to selling a product, if anyone has any advice on effective selling a service whilst balancing all roles I'd be sincerely grateful.
Thanks in advance Chris

I am about to launch a business selling products as opposed to services but just wanted to say looking at your twitter I had no idea you were a one woman band, all looks great! I'm sure at some point in the near future you will be at the point where you can take staff on etc. but at the moment what you are doing looks good!
