Hi Pioneers! I launched my sleepwear brand, called Nightire, two weeks ago. The website (http://nightire.com) is up and running and sales are going well- would so appreciate any feedback on the online store/ product offering etc that any of you might want to share if you have some time to visit the site.
Also, shameless punt, but Nightire ships to UK, US and EU; so if anyone is still low on Christmas present ideas for loved ones- look no further

Website looks great and I see you only have instagram for your social media, have you thought about using snapchat, also a facebook business page would be something to consider.
As it only ships to certain parts of the world, the Asian market and Australia & New Zealand is another market to tap into.
Have you thought about creating an ebay and Amazon account to sell you're products as they now ship mostly all over the world and have all the currency and shipping converters all done automatically.

It is great that sales are going well. I have had a look at the website and like the graphics etc. Do you have any data on how many people visited your store from your front page? The reason I ask is that I experienced the buttons leading to the store as a little subtle and woven into the site fabric (you may obviously have intended this)- I am one of those shoppers who want quick product access and when I like the product's look & price, then only will I read more about it ;-)

Thats really helpful, and something my husband also commented on... wonder if I can generalise and say it might be a guy thing
Will def have a think about it and make some changes accordingly. Thanks again for your revert!

Yup I do have a FB page and Twitter but these are really just maintained on a minimum as don't have time to focus on upkeeping all of them. So, just keeping Instagram as my main account.
I have def thought of using marketplaces, and will probably sign up to a few in the new year.
Thanks so much for your feedback!

I've just seen your post and checked out your site. I think it looks great - really nice lifestyle content and images and the PJs look great!
I was looking at the site on my laptop, but my main question would be around how it performs on a mobile, in particular as there's quite a lot of text. I'm sure you've thought about this and have the data to show how people are using it, but that was just my first thought.
Otherwise I agree with the other comments in terms of social. As an 'older' (help!) user I tend to follow brands more on Facebook than Instagram still, so I would have expected links to your Facebook / Twitter pages from the site too. That again would depend on your audience and demographics though, and as you say how much work maintaining them all involves!
In general it all looks great though and well done for getting it out there and a fab business. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your feedback- I have done much work on making sure the site is responsive to the mobile and tablet sizes, and think it works quite well across the board. Will def make sure to keep that in mind when making any changes or additions going forward.
Thanks again for the input!

Congrats on your new website, it looks absolutely amazing. I love the life style images of the brand (I might just treat myself to something!)
The only 'criticism' I have would be the photo gallery on the product pages that displays like a timed slide show. It might be worth thinking about having product photos in a way that allows customers to scroll through at their own pace and zoom in and out of photos. This is just an observation as an ecommerce business owner myself and an online shopping addict. The website, photos, models and product are absolutely ace! Have you ever thought of selling your product on fashion marketplaces like ASOS and SilkFred?

Ah thanks so much for your feedback- really appreciate you taking the time, and would most definitely suggest that you get your hands on a set of the PJs- they are delightfully soft and temperature-regulating (even if I do say so myself) Just checking in on your comments on the product page, as I do have the actual product images to Zoom into etc just below the slideshow images... is that what you're referring to? Just checking that I understood correctly

They sound amazing, I don't think I have ever come across anything like temperature regulating PJs which is absoultely heaven especially for me!
When I go to the product page like this one https://nightire.com/long-sleepwear-sets/i-want-candy-sleepwear/ the images below the slide show are not interactive and sort of inbeded into the webpage, you have to zoom into the whole web page to zoom into the pictures. It would be lovely to be able to click on the photos, be able to scroll through them and zoom into the photo alone. I am viewing your website from my phone and iPad so maybe this could only be happening on these devices and the photos are interactive on a desktop.
