My name is Benjamin and I am in the process of starting my healthy snack business, hoping to launch next year and I'm glad to have joined this community or new and established successful entrepreneurs (give yourselves a round of applause lol)
I wanted to ask anyone who has been running their business for quite some time or those who have been trading quite recently too.... if you could start your business from scratch, what would you do differently and why?
Need your thoughts and wisdom!!!!

@Benjamin23 I'd do it all again!
What are you doing now?
A couple of years after my youngest was born, I moved sidereal into healthy bar snacks for a local pub.. nurturing the body, before moving onto mindfulness and emotional well-being. It was a lucrative business, so I hope you've stuck it out! Why did I give up? Art at the heart.. and I'm good at telling a story. lol .. I followed my gut, took up the advice that eBay University key speaker gave (2009) to 'develop brand' and pushed myself through many challenges!
It's been 9 years, almost and I wouldn't have changed a thing. But if I was still doing healthy bar snacks I would surely have potted and branded that green tomato chutney made with my dad's home made wine! I didn't ever sell it, but I did give the punters a little taste of 'this and that' to get an idea of what they did/didn't like. They all loved it and said 'sell, sell it'. But I went with my own gut.
Also a questionnaire.. filled in by my customers, with scope for hot nuked (traditional) food like bangers & mash, cottage pie, giant Yorkshire pud with meat and veg, etc. that had been cooked and frozen.
So Benjamin, where are you now?

There are an unlimited ways to do it differently and there is no way to know if you did it differently that it will be better or worse.
Its best to learn from what did not work and try it a different way and keep trying it a different way until you succeed.
and as always its easier said than done!
