Hootsuite is something I use, but I still find it time consuming putting in scheduled posts and then pushing other topic posts as and when - however with Hootsuite i do find I'm being repeatative which I do worry about. I try to focus social media in 3 month block centred around articles I write for a magazine..
I do believe social media is very specific to peoples brands and so the tone must be correct which is one of the reasons I have not outsourced this. Thanks for sharing this @rafaeldossantos

Ideally for me evenings are better to plan social media on Hootsuite. However you need to know when your taregt audience/followers are online so your posts are effectivly scheduled. Using Google Analytics indicates to me when my posts are going to be most effective by showing me the most engagement I've had, when posts are linked to my website.
I'm very inexpereinced with Twitter which you can probably see from @_Planninghouse so still not sure how to effectively use hastags but I'm working on it! I tend to make up relevant hastags to suit my post.
