I recently sold a very successful finance business and created my new venture New Wave Financial Services.
I ordered a Virgin Media leased line for the new head office and was provided with an install date of 21/12/17.
In anticipation I handed back the office space we had and moved operations into the new headquarters ready to start the new year.
Unfortunately due to mistakes by Virgin with my planning packs the contractors refused to carry out the works. Since then I've had to let 3 new member of staff go because we are unable to start trading until this situation is resolved.
Every day costs the business £3,129 and we're still waiting on the contractors to confirm a date to carry out the works. At this rate we could bankrupt ourselves before we even start.
I've tried making a formal complaint to which I haven't received a response (4 weeks later).
Absolutely appalling service and what makes it even worse is that there's already a spare Virgin cable installed in the office block from an existing business that vacated last year.
Please provide a direct contact number to raise this complaint otherwise I'll have no other option but to seek legal action.
