Starting a business and becoming an entrepreneur is a dream that millions of people share. But what type of person do you have to be? Moreover, if you're an investor, are some people better risks than others? To many, the answer to both these questions lies in the personality of the entrepreneur-to-be.
Thought provoking piece I'm passionate about what I do, however it could easily have gone a different route if I had not had support and wisdom of my former boss during my impressionable first stages of my journey, I could easily have gone into another profession - who knows I could have been an entrepreneur in that field!
However, I'm slightly different to those entrepreneurs who have an amazing product to sell which people can see and test, I have to sell my service, if I wasn't passionate and straight forward with people I don't think people would buy into me.
My theory is yes you have to have some personality traits to become an entrepreneur but you also can be moulded into an entrepreneur if you have the passion and support for your service or product, which I think the article endorses.
