Recruitment Agency Revolution
CONUNDRUM - A taxi driver was called to take a group of passengers to the train station to catch the 7 am Virgin train to Edinburgh. The station is normally an hour away, but with traffic being extra heavy, it took a full hour and a half. On the return trip the traffic was still as heavy and yet it took only 90 minutes. Why?
1) With our recruitment platform, companies can post jobs and recruit staff free of charge from candidates that apply directly to their vacancies saving them countless thousands of pounds on job boards and recruitment agency fees.
2) In addition to this, for a fraction of the fees charged by traditional recruitment agencies, employers can choose to receive suitable candidates CVs from home-based associate recruiters.
3) People from all backgrounds and walks of life will be trained by my company to work as home-based recruiters and having their share of this very lucrative business.
